# Page blanche au niveau de l’interface Web ONYX

## Description

Après avoir entré votre identifiant et mot de passe dans l’interface web, une page blanche s’affiche.

## Solution

Vérifier les paramètres de sécurité du navigateur internet. Ajouter l’adresse IP du serveur Mapping à la liste des sites de confiance.

Si cela ne corrige pas le problème, vérifier les fichiers de log du serveur Apache appelés “error\_log” et “access\_log” pour plus d’informations.

Si cela concerne un utilisateur a qui vous avez restreints les droits et qu’il a la page suivante :
